Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients -
12 ounces Corned Beef, chopped
2 Whole Potatoes, cooked and grated
1/2 cup Mixed Bell Peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Red Onions, chopped
1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation:

1. In a sauté pan, mix the corned beef, potatoes, peppers, onions, scallions, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper.

2. Sauté until the mixture is golden brown which takes about 8 minutes.
